National Geographic

Last month while standing in line at Walmart I couldn’t help but notice  little blurb on the top front corner of the cover of the National Geographic magazine; Free Map: Africa’s Great Lakes.

So I opened it up. To my amazement in an article called “Rift in Paradise” there were several vividly graphic pictures of Democratic Republic of Congo, along with interesting articles on the history of the continents ethnic and natural resource rivalries.

If you didn’t get a chance to pick up the November issue of National Geographic, most of the articles are online.
